While this property is clearly a bit old, the rental agency is putting in a lot of effort to maintain or improve the facility. ... I had brand-new appliances when I moved in, and got a really excellent deal on my apartment. Website doesn't format well for mobile devices, but otherwise it's very easy to use. When my boyfriend and I were searching for a newer, larger place to rent back in August/September, we honestly had a hell ... of a time trying to find a place that communicated efficiently, respectfully, and consistently as well as not judging us due to my lower credit score recently graduating college. So hard to find a place that accepts cats too! When I called the leasing office, Dawn right off the bat was so professional, kind, warm and highly communicative. She understood that we were struggling and approaching the end of our lease at our old place and was able to get us 3 units to view right away! Johana was extremely helpful too! We had an unexpected issue to the unit we wanted/signed for originally that had new hardwood floors and new appliances, and they navigated the issue with urgency. We were able to get our second choice, which was mostly carpeting and slightly smaller, outdated dishwasher and they were able to give us the hardwood floors we wanted as well as a new dishwasher within the month to accomodate our needs. My husband and I moved into our apartment in 2002. After he passed away in 2009, my son Moved in. We have enjoyed living ... here since. The management through the years has been Helpful, courteous and responsive to our requests. Current management responds quickly to all requests and questions. Dawn, Manager and Bert, maintenance respond promptly with our needs snd requests. I love my my apartment facing the back, enjoy the seasons with the many trees surrounding our view.
